From time to time I fall out of routine and lose my motivation. The past week I have been feeling unmotivated, tired and stuck. In this vlog I try to get my motivation back by doing a full Sunday reset. I clean my space, move my body, have screen-free time & self care. This way I will start the new week with more energy and motivation.
