Lots of freight action on the South Shore Freight in a 6 month span featuring GP38s, SD38s, (sadly FURX GP40-2s) and friends! As well as RS3Ls and RS5Ts to boot. You’ll see the “Belt Job” otherwise known as AF-4 which is their heavy road train to Belt Railway of Chicago’s Commerical Avenue Yard, Coal trains from the BNSF and UP, and small local jobs in Northwest Indiana. Enjoy!
I also had the cut the clip @ 5:27 short due to the tripod unexpectedly falling over, the windy day and the train doing 50MPH as well ass unstable ground didn’t help the cause!
