She was forgetful yet had so much behind her eyes

Indiscernible things always crowding her air

I had the feeling if she told me I could not begin to understand
There were times I’d feel ignorant and useless
Feeling she was seeing the world with an added dimension

We traveled north for a little business trip
To a place with a name that was fake

It was the something I’ve become one with
