Описание: When it comes to vintage wood snare drums, you have either mahogany or maple and most likely in a 3-ply configuration. In the 60s, ‪@LudwigDrumsHQ‬ offered various 3-ply mahogany snare drums, including the Ludwig Auditorium. As a more affordable option for schools, the Ludwig Auditorium took the jazz festival blueprint - an 8 lug 3 ply mahogany drum with an internal dampener and offered it in two shell sizes - 6.5X14 (LM470) and 6.5X15 (LM471). In this #snaresaturday video, you will hear the Ludwig Auditorium and how surprisingly versatile it is for a vintage drum!
