To make this tool we will write a simple Python script using the Requests library this will allow you to make an HTTP request to your website and return the HTTP response code. We will then use that response code to determine which action to take. Using Zapier we can easily access thousands of different apps and actions to take if your website is down. In this tutorial we will simply send a text message to notify us when our site is down
