Hi! Friends, Welcome to Athina's Ranna Banna. Today in this video I will show you that how you can prepare fried masala/ bhaja masala, at home. This recipe is really a taste booster for many other recipes like veg curry, alu dum, etc. Fried masala/ bhaja masala enhances the taste and smell of various recipes. The ingredients are:
Bay leaf
Cumin seeds
Coriander seeds
Dry Red chilly
Cardamom
Cinnamon
You have to first wash them thoroughly and then dry in sun light. They should be fully dried. Then roast in a pan and leave to cool down. Grind in a mixer grinder. You can store it long in a air tight container.
