INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup black currants
1 cup raspberries
1 cup strawberries
2 bananas
1 1/2 cup orange juice
1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend together all frozen fruits, peeled bananas and orange juice until smooth.
Add powder sugar or other sweetener if desired.
Serve immediately or keep in the freezer until it is time to serve.
Enjoy!

PRO TIP
If your hand blender is not strong enough, let the fruits thaw for a while.
