PORK Egg Foo Young! | Insanely tasty & You Can Pan Fry It, Too | The Woks of Life

Описание: It's time for Egg Foo Young part 2! This time we make it with tasty tasty chunks of Chinese Roast Pork better known as Char Siu! We use the same simple formula of fluffy egg, aromatic green onions, and crunchy bean sprouts, plus Bill's famous gravy.

And we do a side-by-side taste test of the traditional deep-frying method and our pan-frying method that is much lighter on oil. Let us know in the comments which you prefer!
