I bulked for too long and got fat. I realized i need to cut back and lose some weight and this is the second video in where I am giving my 1 week update on where I'm at. I have lost about 8 pounds so far. Doing intermittent fasting and HIIT cardio along with my regular lifting routines.
Monday = Chest and Triceps
Tuesday = Back and Biceps
Wednesday = Legs
Thursday = Shoulders and Traps
Friday = Chest, triceps, back, biceps, extra cardio
Saturday + Sunday = OFF
