I am at Scully's in Corbin, KY to take on their undefeated Fat Chuck's Hamburger Challenge. This is a twelve patty burger smothered with 24 slices of cheese and sauce and served with a pound of fries. I will have 25 minutes to complete this, and if I do I will get the meal for free, become the first winner, get an awesome T-shirt, and get on their Wall of Fame. If I fail, I have to pay for the meal and get my picture on the Wall of Shame. Scully's also has a Damn Karen's Wing Challenge. I do not enjoy spicy challenges, but the prize may be too difficult to pass up. Will I be able to become the first winner of the Fat Chuck challenge? Can I do both in one sitting? I'm going to need little luck and a lot of determination if I hope to succeed. Thank you to my friend Ethan Teske for telling me about this challenge. Thank you to Chuck, Karen, and everyone at Scully's for their kindness and hospitality. The food was delicious...well, most of it!
