The Apple Watch is a must-have for anyone who cares even just a little bit about their physical and mental well-being, as it's an affordable way to potentially add extra years to your life. Whether it's making it more motivating to stay active, reducing phone usage, helping you locate your phone, providing quicker access to things, or even tracking your sleep, the Apple Watch has a lot to offer.
However, there are a few areas where the Apple Watch could improve, such as battery life, design, and HRV monitoring.
