How to Grow Picking Lettuce - Part 2 - Pricking Out Lettuce Seedlings

Описание: How to grow picking lettuce: In this video we will be pricking out lettuce seedlings into module trays to carry on growing indoors before being planted outdoors in a few weeks time. We're using three beautiful varieties of lettuce which are suitable for picking outer leaves for a longer lasting crop and much less work. Today we transplant the germinated seedlings into some clever module trays with their own watering system. In the next episode, fingers crossed, we'll be planting out in raised beds. You could also use a container if you have a smaller space.

The three lettuce varieties sown in the video are:
Winter Density
Rossa di Trento
Red Grenoble
