This flexibility routine will help increase flexibility and increase mobility to all parts of your body. We start with Butterfly stretches to help with hip flexibility before moving on to pilates mermaid stretches for your arms and upper body flexibility. We then stretch out with child's pose to cat / cow stretches more back flexibility and back mobility. We then finish off the flexibility movements with hip, inner thigh and hamstring stretches to add flexibility and mobility to your legs and lower body.
