The word "cod" always gets my attention. Like a dog hearing the word the "treat," I become hyperalert for even the faintest evidence of nearby fish & chips. And even though today's tin doesn't contain the fish & chips kind of cod, as a cod-loving citizen of the world, I have always been pretty curious about bacalhau. Well guys, I have read the wikipedia entry on "bacalhau," and now I am going to relate perhaps 1% of that information to you people, the foodies of youtube. Then I'm going to taste the bacalhau. I taste the fish in almost every video, but sometimes I like to spell out the process for curious readers. I want to stay ahead of those AI summaries. They think a stinking robut can do MY JOB? Think again you bucket of bolts! And while you're thinking of that, think of an even prime number greater than two! That's it, computate your way to hell, you stinkin' silicon devil! Anyway, how will I like the cod? What would I do with it? Is it so good that it inspires me to cook??
