Welcome back to the Volvo 850R project! In this video, I’m kicking off the restoration of the legendary Volvo 850R, the iconic Swedish turbo wagon known for its performance and sleeper status. If you saw last week’s video, you know I just picked up this project car—and today, we’re finally getting started.

First up, I fill up the cooling system with fresh coolant. Then I dive into one of the biggest tasks—removing the interior. Out come the front and rear seats, and I also tackle the sagging headliner to prep for a complete restoration.
