After the success of the first two games, Dragon Quest 3 was one of the most highly anticipated games in Japan's history - It sold over 3.8 Million copies!

It wasn't quite as successful when it released as Dragon warrior 3 in North America, but it is still one of the best RPGs ever made for the 8-bit Nintendo!
