Описание: Welcome to Part 1 of our Monsoon 2025 update on the ambitious Virar–Dahanu Road Suburban Quadrupling Project – a major upgrade aimed at transforming Mumbai’s suburban railway connectivity!

🚆 As part of the Mumbai Rail Vikas Corporation (MRVC) initiative under MUTP-3, this project will add two additional suburban tracks between Virar and Dahanu Road, enabling the separation of suburban and long-distance train operations for better frequency, speed, and safety.

🌧️ Despite the challenging monsoon conditions, construction continues with impressive momentum. In this video, we cover:
🔹 Ongoing earthwork and embankment formation
🔹 Pier and foundation works for new rail bridges
🔹 Track bed preparation in multiple sections
🔹 Drainage and water management measures for monsoon execution
🔹 Key locations between Virar, Vaitarna, Saphale, and Kelve Road

🚧 This expansion is critical to decongest the Western Railway network and extend seamless suburban services beyond Virar.
