In this video I want to show how to print excel file without error or loss your paper
Printing an Excel sheet is simple. Here’s how you can do it:
1. Open the Excel File
• Open the Excel workbook that contains the sheet you want to print.
2. Select the Sheet or Range
• Click on the sheet you want to print.
• If you want to print a specific range, highlight the cells before printing.
3. Open the Print Menu
• Press Ctrl + P (Windows) or Cmd + P (Mac),
• OR go to File - Print.
4. Adjust Print Settings
• Printer: Choose your printer.
• Print Area: Choose whether to print the active sheet, the entire workbook, or a selection.
• Page Layout: Adjust settings like Margins, Orientation (Portrait/Landscape), Scaling (Fit to One Page, etc.).
• Page Breaks: Go to View Page Break Preview to check how the content is divided.
5. Print Preview (Optional)
• Check how your sheet will look before printing.
6. Print
• Click Print to start printing.
