Unit started and ran fine. Could not get the unit to move in forward or reverse. Seller thinks it is the brakes not releasing.
UPDATE: SELLER GOT UNIT TO MOVE. IT NOW RUNS AND OPERATES LIKE IT SHOULD.
We cannot establish a definitive model year; however, characteristics point to a early 80's unit and could be more specifically pinpointed to a 1983 unit.
