Spotlight: Matthew Jastrzemski in 'Gray Hair and Bad Knees'

Описание: Matthew Jastrzemski is a rollerblader from the United States who’s currently living in Croatia with his wife and daughter. When he’s not spending time with family, skating, or shooting photos you can find him perfecting his craft as a hair stylist out of his single chair studio in Zagreb.

When asked what he hoped people would take away from GH&BK he said “To enjoy yourself. Enjoy blading at the capacity that you can.” Jastrzemski went on to explain that after having major hip surgery in 2013 he thought his skating days were behind him. “Between my [bad] knees and hip I have to cautiously push my limits.” He hopes his edit serves as a reminder that it doesn’t matter whether you’re dropping hammers, doing toe rolls, or forgetting to grab your backslides. “It’s all about enjoyment and pushing your personal limits. It’s about fun.”
