Hi I'm Jana and I create simplistic piano covers of my all time favourite songs, trying to capture their essential melodies.
For years my piano had been quiet. Now VOLA has inspired me to tickle the keys again. I went to see them live in Munich, Feierwerk during their Witness tour and it was a blast!
The song Ruby Pool is from the album Applause of a Distant Crowd. It's a true masterpiece. Thank you Asger Mygind for those mesmerizing soundscapes! Of course, my piano arrangement doesn't even come close to the complexity of the song. But I hope it captures the mood.
