Arandas is a pueblo located in Los Altos de Jalisco and was founded in the mid-18th century. The pueblo was named after a Spanish family that lived in the area. It is a very traditional pueblo deeply rooted in the Catholic faith. It is also the land of tequila! Tequila Ocho is produced here as is other famous tequila brands.
