Описание: Masarap daw ang tapa dito kaya we went to Opus Mall to try David Licauco's Sobra Cafe. Their servings are huge, hence the name. We loved their Mac and Cheese, topped with barbecued pork belly, it gives a cheesy and smoky flavor that's different from all the Mac and Cheese I've tried. Their Tapa Sobra is also yummy. Though, it's not the best for me, as I'm used to the typical salty, savory and garlicky tapa. I appreciate their creativity with this dish. reminds me of. gyudon because of the egg and cut of meat. I enjoyed it still. What else is a must-try in Sobra Cafe?
