The first version of Killing Floor had different sounds and animations for some weapons. Here's a list of the changes:
• Deagle, Lever Action Rifle, and the Bullpup all having different firing sounds
• Knife has a "gutting" style sort of attack animation for the primary fire, and a "sideways tactical stab" for the alternate fire
• Fire axe has some unique attack animations that somewhat looks like the player is trying to breach a door down
• Both the Machete and Fire axe do not have alternate fire animations
There might be more that I haven't noticed, but that's the significant portion of it.
