If you’re looking for an indoor bike to add to your home gym, the NordicTrack Commercial S22i is definitely going to be one of the most modern bikes you’ll find on the market. This bike features automatic incline, decline, and resistance adjustments that are specific to each trainer-led workout that is loaded into the touchscreen monitor. The 22-inch display can tilt to your comfort, and it rotates 360 degrees, so you can hop off the bike and join one of the many strength training or yoga classes that are available from iFit.

The S22i has 24 levels of resistance, the pedals are compatible with cycling shoes and SPD cleats, and the monitor has Bluetooth capabilities, so you can pair your headphones and heart rate monitor. The handlebars and padded seat can both be adjusted to your comfort level. You have two water bottle holders, a phone tray, a built-in fan, and even a pair of three-pound dumbbells included with your purchase.
