Hampta Pass (approx 14,100ft) is one of the most beautiful yet unpredictable Himalayan treks near Manali, Himachal Pradesh.

Heavy rain, storm - সব মিলিয়ে situation টা dangerous হয়ে উঠছিলো।

আমরা summit করতে পারিনি। But we chose to return safely.

In this video, we are sharing our *real experience of the Hampta Pass Trek**, one of the most beautiful and beginner-friendly Himalayan crossover treks that connects the lush green valleys of **Kullu (Manali side)* to the stark, dramatic landscapes of **Lahaul & Spiti**.

We completed this trek with **TrekYari**, a professional trekking organization that managed logistics, camps, guides, food, and safety support throughout the journey.

Hampta Pass Trek is famous for its *ever-changing landscapes**. Within just a few days, trekkers witness dense pine forests, river crossings, flower-filled meadows, glacier valleys, and high-altitude desert terrain. The trek usually starts from **Jobra (near Manali)* and covers key camps like *Chika, Balu Ka Ghera, Shea Goru**, and finally crossing the **Hampta Pass (approx. 14,100 ft)* before descending towards Chatru.

Our Trek Journey Reality

Unfortunately, we **could not complete the full Hampta Pass Trek**. Due to unavoidable circumstances and physical challenges, we had to **quit the trek after reaching Chika Camp**, which is the first campsite of the trek route. In this vlog, we are honestly sharing our journey, challenges, and experience up to that point.
