Описание: Editor of At The Lake Magazine was fortunate enough to visit the Lake Geneva School of Cooking with Chef Bogan. The class taught the students how to make certain dishes, in particular balsamic berries with mascarpone and biscotti. The students also visited the River Valley Mushroom Farm in Burlington, where they purchased their ingredients.
