Updating the One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 Character Ranking after The Battle of Onigashima DLC Pack

Описание: In this first update to my One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 Tier List, we go over the recent additions from the first wave of the new DLC and how they affect the game as well as change the Tier List. We also go over some things I missed from the last video that changes the ranking of existing characters.
Feel free to suggest other Warriors/Musou games you'd like me to make an in-depth video on.
