Might be worth to actually get the treasure chest in Kizara Gardens if you really need the rare materials or to simply just refresh the map if you got time.
In both maps, the durability buff can stack and each stack gives 50% chance to not consume durability. This means that you can reach 100%, which means break out those sick tools if you got them. (Only possible with minimum 3 people)
You can do Kizara Gardens solo or with a friend, regardless you won't gain/miss much. Runart Manor on the other hand, you lose access to the 2nd area if you have less than 3 players.
There are boats in Runart Manor all going south. They just help you get to places faster. With good timing you can use them to carry two items at once to a location.
Super armor on tools is your best friend here.
