Things in the world right now can cause a lot of reactivity in our nervous systems. It is important to remember that this reactivity is not in our control, but/however we can use this reactive as an opportunity to be more present with it and allow it to take us deeper into the unknown and into the reliance on our True Nature. ❤️

To live moment by moment in The Unknown, we need to be honest about the fact that the Mind projects a story/images of continuity in the world, our relationships, etc.

The Mind tells us stories about how things are going to be in the world and how things are going to happen... this projection about the world happens without our awareness... BUT in Truth we do not know honestly what will happen. This is the honesty that we must embrace to live in The Unknown. This Truth is moment by moment by moment (now too!) and is actually only what we have.

On the spiritual journey to Awakening, we have an idea of what life will be like after Awakening which sometimes manifests fear about things we imagine or have heard. But Awakening is unfathomable and we cannot know. As Papaji said so many times, in Awakening, don't worry about the fear. When you surrender the fear is going to disappear also. So, if fear arises for you as you go deeper, remind yourself - - this is the Past! See it for what it is! Seeing this will allow you to return to Here and to Rest.
