From Toshiya's solo album "Burning", and is the first album to feature the legendary Koshi Inaba from the rock band B'z. Toshiya is most well known for his involvement in the heavy metal/hard rock band Blizard who played a role in shaping Japan's heavy metal scene in the 80s. Koshi Inaba used the odd stage name "Mr. Crazy Tiger" in this project. This song was a cover of a song from one of Toshiya's forst bands.
This album was released back in 1985 as a tribute to the late Randy Rhoads.
