This run combines pure RNG chaos with zero margin for error:

Full Randomizer (items, enemies, bosses)
Deathless | one death = reset
Auto-Equip only (must use what the game gives you)
Region-Locked progression
All Bosses required
Every decision matters. Every fight can end the run.
This is Elden Ring at its most unforgiving.
