Egg Lahori Recipe by Well Kitchen

For Red Gravy
2 eggs
1/2 medium sized chopped onion
1small chopped tomato
Ginger garlic n chilly paste 1 tsp
1/2 tsp turmeric pwdr
1 n 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp dhaniya powder
Oil n butter(optional) 2 tbsp
Cheese grated
Coriander leaves
Garam masala pwdr 1 tsp
Jeera pwdr 1/2 tsp
Salt

Method
Take a oil in a pan ...heat it now add haldi pwdr , dhaniya pwdr, red chilly pwdr mix it .
Add onion n salt cook properly for 5 mins now add paste then tomatoes... Also add
Coriander leaves garam masala jeera pwdr
Mix well n cook for 2 mins by adding little water

Now add 2 eggs at 2 corners ...dont mix it
Add cheese on top
Turn off the flame


Green gravy
2 boiled eggs ( seperate yolk and cut the white part)
Oil n desi ghee / butter 2 tbsp
1/2 chopped onion
Ginger garlic n chilly paste 1 tbsp
Pudina chopped
Coriander leaves
Black pepper pwdr 1/2 tsp
Pinch of turmeric pwdr
1/2 tsp dhaniya pwdr
1/2 tsp red chilly pwdr
1 tsp garam masala pwdr
1/2 tsp jeera pwdr
Salt
Grated cheese

Method
Heat up oil in another pan add full yolks
Fry it....now add paste... then onion n salt cook for 2 mins...add pudina and coriander leaves cook well and smash it completely
now add all the spices (powders) add cheese n mix well
Add into white part of egg and water
Cook for a while

put it over red gravy


Readyy ...😋😋 taste delicious with bread and roti as well
