INGREDIENTS
7 to 8 leg quarters
4 medium lemons
1 Tbsp Maggi seasoning sauce
2 tsp liquid smoke
2 Tbsp Montreal chicken seasoning
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder
