Evening Bicycle Ride in Milan, Is it a bicycle friendly city?

Описание: Hello from the beautiful start of autumn here in Milan, it's been a dilemma I guess been living here for quite some time, not the best city for bicycles, with some serious accidents in the past years. Could be better? yes! Will everyone (as in drivers) in Milan want more cycles on the streets??? hmmm, that begs the question.
