Hey DJ's!
If you're just starting out with no equipment or an advanced DJ, customising your keyboard shortcuts can be extremely useful and important.
Let's start with mapping our hotcues. Here I have Family Affair by Mary J Blidge loaded on deck 1. This track is an overused banger and can get a little boring, so we are going to spice it up with the some hotcues.
Hotcue #1 will be at the downbeat of the track.
Hotcue #2 will be on a vocal and clap in the center.
And the 3rd is on the acapella outro.
You can rename a hotcue in VDJ 2021 by right clicking on the name.
