This video isn’t about being perfect or going backwards in time. It’s about slowing down, questioning convenience, and choosing a more intentional “old way” when it makes sense.
I talk about why I’m focusing on real food, fewer ingredients, slower mornings, and learning skills that used to be normal. I also mention a few books that helped shape my thinking along the way.
I’m not here to tell anyone what they should do. This is simply what I’m doing, why I’m doing it, and how it’s working for our family.
