A very nice Czech absinthe from the Cami Distillery distilled with 9 different herbs.
It was a bit sweet to start, but upon adding a bit more water than my usual ratio, the herbal notes really began to come alive. This vibrant verte has a nice amount of melissa but not overpowering in taste. Nice spicy notes here. Anise and fennel are present of course and the lots of wormwood. I feel ginger is added to the recipe as well.
Another great absinthe that combines both fresh and dried herbs in the destillate. A both creamy and complex absinthe that has a beautiful louche. This absinthe is perfect for the holidays.
