Описание: Day 2 of testimony is set for Jan. 14, 2026, in the Fairfax County murder trial of Brendan Banfield, the former FBI agent accused of conspiring with the family’s au pair to kill his wife, Christine Banfield, and another man, Joseph Ryan.

Jurors are again hearing from Juliana Peres Magalhaes, the former au pair who has admitted her role in the killings and is cooperating with prosecutors under a plea agreement.
