A few days ago, I shared a training about the importance of healthy soil, because soil is a place of nourishment and growth for budding seeds.
 
Soil is also important for healing and protection when seeds are maturing and evolving.
 
You and I are seeds. And during this challenging time, we need places that allow us to grow, evolve, reflect and transform. We need healthy soil.
 
Because let's face - this situation has upended our lives; we will NEVER be the same. But who wants to be the same?

 For some of us, "SAME" meant that we settled for LESS of life, love, and living. Our norms negated our dreams and what was familiar was proving fatal to our goals and our purpose.

Even though painful, COVID-19  has awakened and ignited something in our individual and collective souls. What will it be? Only we can decide and create.
 
During this time, please find healthy and the right S.O.I.L. that can support you and walk with you through this life-changing and life-defining experience.

As a reminder..... S.O.I.L. are people and places that can generously help you, hold you or "hope" you.
