Описание: Starting July 1, the Illinois Department of Public Health will require all restaurant employees to take a training course. The new food handler's training calls for all restaurant employees to undergo basic training on how to prevent foodborne illnesses, something never required before in Illinois.The three hour course will include various subjects, like how to propperly clean and store untensils, along with propper food storage temperatures.Employees will be also must pay a fee to take the course that will not exceed $15. Though, the IDPH says it's a small price to pay to ensure costumers are dining safely.
