Talk to Apprentice Kj in The Temple of the Blade located at the left corridor room; sitting down sobbing.

He asks you to rescue, or find his sibling in Erisia.

His sibling, Vigil Isaac is found in an Abandoned Wood Lodge in the back of Burning Stone Gardens, near the shore to the North of Duke Erisia's Manor.

Obtain a Gale Stone and give it to the sibling. He'll heal his wounds and ask you to head back to Isle of Vigils and talk to Kj about his status.

Talking to Apprentice Kj after giving the Gale Stone to Vigil Isaac finishes the quest. This awards you some EXP, a Compassion Talent hand, a unique
Talent, and an audience with Evengarde Rest.

This quest will allow you to obtain Attributes Unbound a weapon of your choice.

Vigil Isaac can be found next to the Mantra Modification table at Vigils after completing the quest.
