todays meditation was a really fun exploration of open tunings on the guitar. this is when you tune the guitar strings to a single chord, which allows you to create these rich open sounds. the middle resonance of the strings felt really nice so i kinda just hung around there. i think i've been feeling slightly more tense this past week so i'm grateful i was able to relax my way into this one. i really appreciate hearing from all you about you're experience with the meditations. i'll start looking into ways i can upload the audio somewhere for you all to have as well. i hope everyone is doing well, enjoying this transition out of spring and into summer. as always, thank you for sharing this special space with me.
