Come along for a walk around Battersea Power Station.
On 7th February 2026, I took a walk around Battersea Power Station. It happened to be Chinese New Year, so you’ll spot decorations and touches marking the celebration throughout the area. In this video, we start and finish at the Tube station, making a full lap of the Power Station.
We take in everything happening outside the building before heading inside to explore both turbine halls. Battersea Power Station is a beautiful building with striking architecture — a true landmark on the banks of the Thames. It also holds a special place in pop culture, famously featured on the cover of Pink Floyd’s iconic album Animals.
This location comes to life in very different ways during the day and at night. In summer, the spaces around the Power Station have an energy all of their own — something that deserves a separate walk entirely.
