Paint spillages in cars are only fixable whilst the paint is still wet.
If the paint dries you stand little to no chance removing the paint.
Sadly, the vehicle interior featured in this video was damaged beyond cleaning, the customer allowed the paint to dry.
Even if the paint is water based, it will still become impossible to remove once dry.
This spillage was so severe, the only way forward was to contact the insurance company.
