Track a 3D object to a body, from scratch.
You could use the 3D template if you want, but I like to keep my project clean and without any unnecessary stuff.
I´m assuming you already have a 3D body, and it's already rigged (probably with Mixamo). If you don't have that, there are other tutorials on the subject.
The particular skeleton I'm using is this one, by DVTDemon:
