Описание: Goot Clips for Clamping and Heat RemovalWhen the output electrodes of precision electronic components are soldered, there is a risk to damage their internal structure due to overheating. To avoid the risk a special tool shall be used to remove the heat generated by soldering, as the heat tends to penetrate into the electronic component.Let's discuss such tool in terms of special heat removing clips suggested by the Japanese brand Goot. The tools are made in the shape of small pliers with self-closing ends which hold on the output contacts. They are made of material with high-conductivity and small mass, aluminum in particular. This material prevents the soldered element from damage. The clips differ by form: H-1S has curved ends and H-1L has straight ones. It is easy and convenient to use the clips. To assemble the radio elements onto the printed circuit board you fix the contacts of one of the thermosensitive elements, for example, diode or transistor. Besides heat removing function the clip holds the component during soldering. Therefore, application of the clips facilitates soldering process as well as ensures operability of the soldered element after it has been assembled onto the printed circuit board. Now there is no risk of overheating when you solder.
