This is a combination of a few projects but mostly two different videos. First one is cyanotypes on glass which is important for the fundamentals of the process • My/AP WORKSHOP Ep2 - CYANOTYPE ON GLASS And a new approach to carbon printing from • Видео . I used both to come up with this process. I am currently getting equipment together for proper carbon transfer printing but I wanted to play around with the carbon process in a simplified manner to see how I liked it. The downside is it only works with transparent substrates such as glass acetate plexiglass etc. However I think it still produces a very beautiful image and I am satisfied with the results.
The Glop recipe is as follows
250 ml distilled water
15 g gelatin "2 packs of unflavored = 15 g"
7.6 g sugar
0.1 g sodium hydroxide
1 g potassium dichromate
20 g Indian ink
