Ingredients for Peach Pie:
For the filling:
8 peaches, peeled, and sliced
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsps. flour
1/4 tsp salt
2tbsps. lemon juice
1 tbsp. lemon zest

Pie dough:
1 cup (126gr) cold butter
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup cold water

for the top:
1 egg
2 tbsps. brown sugar
