This is a medium-level yoga class that will help to mobilize your back - preparing you for backbends. The pinnacle pose at the end is Dhanurasana / Bow Pose. If you are Beginner-level, you will need 2 x blocks and a strap (or a belt as I'm using the in video), but if you're more advanced, you might not need any props.
